Wisconsin Children’s Weekly Summer Movie Series
Until the last six months, I hadn’t watched a movie in a real cinema for at least 10 years. So when we finally took our daughters to see their first movie at a theater, I suffered MAJOR sticker shock. Not only did it cost over $30 for four matinee tickets, but the amount of money we spent at the snack bar made me swear never to go to the movies again, but that’s a story for one other day.
My point here is this; going to the movies is fun, but the price you pay to be there is not.
What if I told you there is a way to take your kids to the movies EVERY week this summer, AND it would only cost you less than $10 to get in?!?
Classic Cinemas in Beloit, Wisconsin is hosting a series of $2 summer movies for kids
I am always amazed at how quickly cases of summer boredom can arise in children. Summer vacation starts, then two weeks later the “I’m bored” whining starts, and I HATE the “I’m bored” whining! Sure, you could fire up Disney+ and tell the kids to get it, but wouldn’t it be more fun to go to the movies every Wednesday this summer? Go inside Classic Cinemas – Beloit For victory…
Honestly, parents, what could be better than paying $2 per child to see a movie? By giving them the chance to meet some of their favorite characters before the show!
If your summer vacation often involves weekly get-togethers with other families, classic movie theaters also offer group bookings up to 20 people with this series of films. For just $8 per person, you get an entree and a kid’s combo that includes popcorn, a juice box or kid’s drink, and a fruit snack. Double victory!
