Award-winning music festival returns to El Dorado

MONROE, La. (KNOE) — This fall, Arkansas’ seven-time “Festival of the Year” will bring it “back to the streets” for a weekend of vintage-style music in downtown El Dorado.

Main Street El Dorado and Standard Lithium host MusicFest 34 – featuring artists such as Shenandoah, Chayce Beckham, Mitch Rossell, Mae Estes and former members of Lynyrd Skynyrd. The event will take place on October 7 and 8. This festival will feature family events, cooking competitions, and food and shopping vendors.

Attractions will include Murphy USA Kids’ World with magician rides, sidewalk vendors with food and shopping, Cole’s Jewelers Miss MusicFest Pageant, Beer Gardens and more.

On Friday October 7, the festival hours are from 5:00 p.m. to midnight. On Saturday October 8, the festival hours are from 9:00 a.m. to midnight.

A weekend gate pass to MusicFest is $40. It will no longer be available for purchase after Friday, September 30. Tickets for Friday only are $25 while tickets to attend Saturday only are $35. A pit pass, which takes you into the barricaded area just outside the main stage, costs $10 per day.

Children 10 and under will enjoy free entry at the gate all weekend with a paid adult ticket.

A weekend pass to the attraction area costs $25. It will no longer be available for purchase after Friday, September 30. Tickets for Friday only are $10 while tickets to attend Saturday only are $20.

Tickets for MusicFest parties and attractions are available from Thursday, June 2 at https://www.mainstreeteldorado.org/. Tickets will also be available for purchase at the MusicFest door on event days.
